Shipping Policy
This policy explains how prescriptions and products ordered through HealifyNow are processed, shipped, and delivered, including timelines and cold-chain handling.
1. Where we ship
HealifyNow arranges shipping of prescription medication and related products to addresses within the United States, subject to state law and clinician approval. Some medications are restricted in certain states; if a treatment cannot be shipped to your location, your clinician will let you know during your visit.
2. Processing time
After a clinician approves your treatment and payment is confirmed, your order is sent to a licensed partner pharmacy. Pharmacies typically process and prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a notification when your order ships.
3. Delivery timelines
Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods can affect timing.
4. Cold-chain and temperature-sensitive medication
Certain medications, such as some GLP-1 injectables, are temperature-sensitive. These are shipped with appropriate insulation and cold packs and are often sent via expedited service to limit time in transit. When your package arrives, refrigerate temperature-sensitive medication promptly and follow the storage instructions included with it.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, a tracking number is provided so you can follow its progress. You can also check order status from your patient portal. Please make sure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive shipments.
6. Delays, lost, or damaged packages
If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at team@healifynow.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will coordinate with the pharmacy and carrier to resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement where appropriate.
7. Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Orders returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the patient may require a re-shipment fee. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address before an order ships.
8. IV therapy
Mobile IV therapy is an in-person service, not a shipped product. A licensed nurse travels to your home, hotel, or office. IV therapy is currently available in California only.
