Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to be transparent about what is and is not refundable. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work across consultations, memberships, and medication orders.
1. Free initial consultation
Your initial consultation with a HealifyNow clinician is free. Because there is no charge for it, there is nothing to refund. You are only billed if you and your clinician decide to move forward with a treatment plan.
2. Memberships and subscriptions
HealifyNow memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your patient portal — there are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
3. Medication orders
For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medication that has already been dispensed and shipped cannot be returned or refunded. This is standard practice across licensed pharmacies. If your order has not yet been processed by the pharmacy, contact us promptly and we will try to cancel it before it ships.
4. Defective, damaged, or incorrect orders
If you receive a medication or product that is damaged in transit, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@healifynow.com. We will work with the pharmacy to arrange a replacement or an appropriate refund at no cost to you.
5. IV therapy and in-person services
Mobile IV therapy appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee that covers nurse scheduling and supplies.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund or ask a question about a charge, email team@healifynow.com with your name, the email on your account, and the order or charge in question. Our care team reviews every request individually and usually responds within one business day.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
