Are there any hidden fees or membership add-ons?

No. The monthly or one-time price you see is what you pay. No 'membership' on top of medication prices, no platform fees, no consultation fees after the first.
Do you accept insurance?

HealifyNow is a cash-pay telehealth service. We don't bill insurance directly. Many members find our prices competitive with what they'd pay in insurance copays after deductibles — and faster (no prior authorization delays).
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All subscriptions cancel anytime with no fees. You keep any medication already shipped.
Why are compounded medications cheaper than brand?

Compounded medications come from licensed U.S. 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies — same active molecule, different manufacturing pathway. Brand medications include pharmaceutical company R&D costs, marketing costs, and distribution overhead that compounded versions don't carry.
Are package discounts available?

What happens if I want to switch medications mid-month?
