How quickly will I hear back?

Our care team responds to most messages within four hours during business hours (7am–11pm every day, in all U.S. time zones). Complex clinical questions may take up to one business day if a clinician needs to weigh in.
Can I message my clinician directly?

Yes. Once you’re an active patient, you can message your assigned clinician through the secure HIPAA-compliant portal. Most clinicians reply within a few hours.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your patient portal, go to Settings, and choose Cancel membership. There are no cancellation fees and no contracts.
Can I get a refund?

If you have not yet received medication and want to cancel within 14 days, contact us at team@healifynow.com and we’ll review your account. Dispensed medication is not refundable.
