The Texas Compassionate Use Program (TCUP) is run by the Texas Department of Public Safety. No physical card: your physician enters a prescription in the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas (CURT).
Texas sets its own list of qualifying conditions. You'll need a diagnosis of at least one, confirmed during your evaluation.
