HealifyNow ("HealifyNow," "we," "us," or "our") operates a telehealth technology platform that connects users with independent licensed healthcare providers and pharmacies. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit healifynow.com or use our Services. Protected health information that you share with treating clinicians through the platform is handled in accordance with HIPAA where applicable, separately from this Policy where required by law.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide directly, such as name, date of birth, contact information, demographic information, photo identification, payment information, and the information you submit during a clinical visit or in support of an evaluation.
- Health and clinical information, including the responses you provide on medical questionnaires, communications with clinicians on the platform, prescriptions, and lab results that you authorize us to receive.
- Usage information, including pages viewed, links clicked, device type, browser type, IP address, time and date of access, and other technical data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from third parties, such as payment confirmations from our processors, identity verification responses, and information from authorized integrations.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and the user experience
- Connect you with appropriate licensed clinicians and process your requests
- Facilitate prescriptions through licensed pharmacies, where applicable

- With independent licensed clinicians and pharmacies, to provide the clinical Services you request
- With service providers and vendors who help us operate the Services, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support, under contractual confidentiality obligations
- With your consent, including when you direct us to share information with a third party
- To comply with law, valid legal process, or governmental requests, and to protect rights, property, or safety
- In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections
We do not sell your personal information or your health information.
6. How we protect information
HealifyNow uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal and health information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. Measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, ongoing monitoring, and workforce training. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Health and clinical records are retained for the period required by applicable medical recordkeeping laws, which vary by state and typically range from six to ten years or longer.

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing

9. California, Virginia, Colorado, and similar state rights
Residents of California (CCPA / CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proper documentation. HealifyNow does not knowingly sell personal information, and does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the CCPA sense.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it. Minors aged 13 to 17 may only use the Services with verifiable parental or guardian consent where the Service is available to minors.
11. International users
HealifyNow is operated from the United States and is intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
