How quickly will I hear back?

Our care team responds to most messages within four hours during business hours (7am–11pm PT, every day). Complex clinical questions may take up to one business day if a clinician needs to weigh in.
Can I message my clinician directly?

Yes. Once you’re an active patient, you can message your assigned clinician through the secure HIPAA-compliant portal. Most clinicians reply within a few hours.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your patient portal, go to Settings, and choose Cancel membership. There are no cancellation fees and no contracts.
Can I get a refund?

If you have not yet received medication and want to cancel within 14 days, contact us at team@healifynow.com and we’ll review your account. Dispensed medication is not refundable.
